From the moment you place your order, our team works to get your dress to you as quickly as possible. You will receive email updates at every step of the way.
Processing Times
Processing time is the period between placing your order and your package being handed off to the shipping carrier.
- Ready-to-ship items: 1-3 business days
- Made-to-order items: 4-8 weeks
Please note that processing times may vary during peak wedding season (typically April through October). We recommend ordering well in advance to ensure your dress arrives with plenty of time for fittings and alterations.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

International Shipping

Shipping Costs
- Free standard shipping on orders over $200
- Standard shipping: $9.95
- Express shipping: $24.95
- International rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to the shipping carrier's website. You can use this to monitor your package's journey every step of the way.

VEILA ships to most countries worldwide. We want brides everywhere to have access to beautiful wedding dresses.
Please be aware that customs duties, import taxes, and any additional fees imposed by your country are the customer's responsibility. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
International delivery times may be affected by customs processing in your country. We recommend allowing extra time for customs clearance when planning your order.
