Return Policy Overview

We want you to love your dress. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached.

Eligible Items

  • Ready-to-ship dresses in original condition
  • Unworn and unwashed items
  • Items with all original tags attached
  • Items in original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

  • Made-to-order or custom dresses
  • Altered or tailored items
  • Items worn, washed, or damaged by customer
  • Items without original tags
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
  • Accessories (veils, belts, jewelry)

How to Return

Receive Authorization

We'll send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions

Ship the Item

Pack the item securely in original packaging and ship to the address provided

Receive Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds processed within 5-10 business days after we receive the return
  • Refund issued to original payment method
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original and place a new order. Contact us if you need help finding the right size.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos. We'll arrange a free return and replacement or full refund.
