What Can Be Returned

You may request a return if:

• The dress is ready-to-ship or made-to-order in a standard size (sizes 2 to 12)
• The dress was not customized in any way (no changes to length, neckline, sleeves, color, etc.)
• The item was not purchased from the Outlet section (all Outlet items are final sale)

Return Window

• Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery
• Contact us at [email protected] before sending anything back
• Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded

Return Conditions

To qualify for a refund, the dress must:

• Be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition
• Have no signs of wear (makeup, deodorant marks, perfume, stains, pet hair, or alterations)
• Be returned in its original packaging (garment bag or silk pouch)

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued only after the returned item is received and inspected
• Please allow up to 7 business days after delivery for processing
• Refunds exclude all shipping fees, rush production charges, and customs duties/taxes
• Unclaimed parcels or incorrect addresses are not eligible for refunds

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once confirmed, as production begins immediately.

Multiple Dresses

VEILA does not offer a "try-at-home" program. All dresses are made to order or specially curated from boutique inventory.

If you return any item from a multi-dress order, a $50 restocking fee per returned dress will apply.

Returns in Unsuitable Condition

All returned items are carefully inspected. Items that show signs of wear, arrive with pet hair/odours, are not in original packaging, or appear altered will not qualify for a refund.

• You will be notified via email within 5 business days
• You may request to have the dress shipped back at your expense
• If no response within 14 days, the item may be discarded
